We love and take pride in what we do…and we do it all here – in our home/studio in lovely Columbus, Ohio. On ready-made items we ship within 1-2 days of receipt of payment and on custom or personalized orders we ask …depending on the type of order…that you allow between 3-14 business days before shipment. For bulk orders we ask that you allow between 7-25 business days…again depending on type and size…. prior to shipment.

  2. Returns and Exchanges:

    We are an honest company and appreciate honest customers. If any item we sell you does not meet your expectations then we will be happy to repair/replace the item or refund your money within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Shipping:

    Standard shipping typically consists of flat rate USPS 3-5 days. If expedited shipping is preferred, or if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area and would like to pick the item up, send us an email at sales@aeolistdesign.com with information.
